Castle Code Consulting is a Northern California based company that provides expertise in building codes and construction related fields to both public and private groups.

Services

We offer a full range of services based on both the California State Accessibility Codes and the Federal Accessibility Standards. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to address all aspects of accessibility issues. From initial survey and plan reviews, to forming transition plans and construction drawings, to the implementation of those plans and the final acceptance of the work, we can do it all, even provide expert witness should the need arise.

Clif has worked in various aspects of construction and construction management for over thirty years. His duties have included managing twenty-five other construction managers and inspection staff. He has worked as a construction manager, inspector, and plan reviewer of Capitol Improvement Projects, Commercial Projects, Title 24 Energy Compliance, and Green Building Compliance. As a construction manager he has established yearly budgets, reviewed monthly statements, and created job specific cost analysis. Clif has also provided local jurisdictions with cost review and management services whose valuation totaled in excess of one-hundred million dollars.

Skye is the manager for ADA and Green Building Plan’s Review, Design and Construction Inspection. Skye’s experience has enabled him to work with public and private projects from conception to completion. He managed the field inspection and data compilation for the Town of Windsor ADA and Accessibility Transition Plan. The plan involved extensive field review of over fifty Town-owned buildings and properties along with over eighty miles of public sidewalks, curbs and ramps. Skye provides cost analysis based on sustainability and green building practices. His reviews consider the constructability, longevity and sustainable environmental practices for both private and public projects. Skye’s desire to do something positive for the place he lives stands out in both his work and who he is to work with.
